Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mumu, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or an instant exchange for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
